Santwana Shukla is a Pune-based voice artist, originally from Madhya Pradesh. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from I.I.T. Bombay with 28 years of experience in the field of education, where effective communication skills play an important role. She has participated in various conferences and has received presentation accolades for excellent presentations and worked as a resource person in workshops and conferences.

Santwana has been passionate about acting since childhood. She has participated in several drama competitions and has received the best actor award as a child artist. She also received a lot of appreciation for her role as little Anandi in ‘Anandi Gopal’ in a state level drama competition. She is trained in classical music (vocal and instrumental) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Music. She has also compered several programmes  as well as state- and national-level conferences. Dabbling in these varied activities has helped foster her confidence in using and modulating her voice in varied settings.

Santwana is fluent and proficient in Marathi, Hindi and English. To gain further proficiency in diction, she has attended workshops on Anchoring and Hindi & Urdu pronunciations conducted by renowned anchor, Manjiri Dhamankar. She has completed a voice acting and vocal performance course at Indian Voice Overs in 2019. Santwana has successfully completed a Hindi dubbing assignment commissioned by AK studios. She was among the selected students felicitated at the hands of renowned actor, Mr. Vikram Gokhale for excellent performance. These extensive training programs have aided in her tone modulation and extensive emotional range, and lend her voice a confident and convincing character.
